Welcome to Science Hub Practical!

This course aims to develop students’ competence in using practical work and scientific inquiry in teaching Physics. The nature and different types of practical activities will be explored. The course also scrutinises the practical activities commonly used in teaching the subject at schools. At the end of the course, students are expected to be able to make good use of practical activities in enhancing pupils’ conceptual understanding of science, their inquiry skills and attitudes towards inquiry. In this session, we will focus on the School-based Assessment (SBA) in HKDSE.
